Shipping policy
All orders are shipped 3-5 business days after they are placed as candy is prepared as ordered for freshness.
You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
ALL SHIPPING PRICES ARE CALCULATED BY USPS AND ARE DEPENDENT ON YOU STATE/AREA
We are not responsible for packages that are not able to be delivered for any reason. If the customer input the wrong shipping address we can not change the shipping address once the order has been shipped. The customer needs to reach out to their local USPS if a package could not be delivered. No refunds will be issued for incorrect shipping addresses.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been packaged. Please allow up to 24 hours for that tracking number to become active or updated in the USPS system.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with pictures at cravechamoy@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of our product we do not accept returns, no exceptions. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer exchanges at this time.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, it must be done within 12-24 hours after the initial purchase. To cancel please email us at cravechamoy@gmail.com We can not cancel or refund your order once it has been marked as shipped.
